Exchanges&Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Please contact us via email (furfurgarments@gmail.com) or Instagram to initiate a return or exchange.

After confirmation, Ukrainian customers can use the "Easy Return" by Nova Post.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, otherwise, any loss in value will be buyer's responsibility.

Once we receive the returned item, your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 days.
